Errors with Pull Slip Email Notifications

Index Data is aware of an error in ReShare where libraries who have created pull slip notification templates and email rules are not receiving any pull slip notifications. Specifically, when a library creates more than one pull slip notification rule, or when a pull slip notification rule has more than one email address attached to it, a bug in the system prevents any pull slip notifications from being sent.

What Do I Need To Do?

Until this bug is fixed, libraries wanting to use ReShare's pull slip notification features are limited to a single pull slip notification rule that includes a single email address.

At this time, no additional reports of this issue need to be sent to PALCI staff. We will let the community know about any updates with this issue, and once a bug fix is applied, we will let the community know how to inform PALCI staff and what information we need from libraries if future problems are experienced.
