Replacement / Lost Item Policy:

Replacement copies only accepted with prior approval  - please contact us at ill@bloomu.edu before obtaining/sending a replacement.  We must still assess $10 processing fee.

Lost item invoice - varies by cost of item + $10 processing fee. Checks should now be made out to "Commonwealth University"
